12. REFLECTION
By interview KRS Travel Sdn. Bhd as a student we learned more about travel agency. Even, tourism has a lot of Scope of work but Travel agency having more profit by their travel the places. Travel agencies may gain more knowledge for all tour operators, travel agent and so on. Malaysia having more than 1000 travel agencies. There is big and high competition with around travel agencies. But still, the travel agency gains more profit from their tour packages. We learned how to create a package and when we need to publicity the packages to customers. Travel agency not easily publicity holiday packages in the early month. They prefer to publicity the end of the year due to holidays for school students. Moreover, the prices also two times high than in another session. Travel agencies also providing personalized itineraries to make customer satisfy with their tour and travel. We also learned how to communicate and negotiate with the customer to buy the tour packages. Last but not learn, we also learned that as travel agents must be adopted and suitable with 21st-century technologies. The travel agent cannot wait for a traditional way to customers booked by walk-in. as a travel agent must be clever with information technology to booked accommodations, transportation's and so on.
13. Conclusion
In conclusion, KRS Travel Sdn. Bhd is one of the most famous travel agents in Kelantan. KRS travel Sdn. Bhd creates a variety of packages for the customer especially they create Umrah packages for Muslims. Customers also very comfortable and enjoy when they travel with KRS travel. There also have a lot of strength in their travel agency and so facing more obstacles while creating other packages for customers. Most of the target markets only for Muslim KRS Travel consider and add the price of the package to also a quite low company with another travel agent. Then, KRS Travel also publicists its packages via social media to attract customers. Moreover, customers prefer to book online for KRS Travel. In summary, each and every year KRS Travel Sdn.Bhd travel with customers all over the world especially for Umrah.
